On 12 February 2026, our Managing Partner, Mr. Hitender Mehta, participated in a Workshop on “Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016,” organized by the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation for the Members of the Central Board of Trustees (CBT) at the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Academy of Social Security, New Delhi.
The workshop provided a comprehensive platform to deliberate on key aspects of the evolving insolvency framework in India, with a focus on practical implementation and regulatory developments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
The sessions were enriched by valuable insights from Rajesh Kumar, General Manager, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India; Prateek Jain, Assistant General Manager, IBBI; and G. P. Their perspectives, supported by practical case-based discussions, contributed to an engaging and insightful dialogue on the CIRP process and the broader IBC ecosystem.
Mr. Hitender Mehta actively engaged in the discussions, which highlighted the importance of strengthening institutional frameworks, enhancing procedural clarity, and ensuring efficient resolution mechanisms under the IBC regime.
This engagement reflects a continued commitment to contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives and supporting the evolution of India’s insolvency and regulatory landscape.
