Mr. Hitender Mehta, Managing Partner, Centrum Legal addressed ‘2024 Company Secretaries & Registrars’ Forum’ on 4th April 2024 organised by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). He addressed on the topic “Implications of Artificial Intelligence & Cybersecurity on Capital Markets Operations” with specific emphasis on India’s experience and regulatory framework.
