As the Managing Partner of Centrum Legal, Mr. Mehta brings extensive expertise in Corporate Governance, Cross Border Investment, Foreign Exchange Laws, Tax and Corporate Laws, Business Restructuring, Legal Due Diligence and Risk Management, Compliance Management, IBC, Labour Laws, etc.
Before founding Centrum Legal in 2018, he was a Partner at Vaish Associates Advocates for over 12 years and was handling Corporate and Legal advisory matters.
He also held key managerial roles in legal, company secretarial and finance functions across Indian and multinational companies.
