Fourth Edition of the bestselling book titled “Limited Liability Partnerships” authored by Hitender Mehta

We are pleased to share about the upcoming Fourth Edition of the bestselling book titled “Limited Liability Partnerships – Law and Practice” authored by Mr. Hitender Mehta and published by Wolters Kluwer.

The First Edition of the book was released in 2012. Second and Third Editions were released in 2015 and 2016 respectively. Having had three Editions in the name of “Master Guide to Limited Liability Partnerships” (2009, 2010 & 2011), the title of the book was rechristened to “Limited Liability Partnerships - Law & Practice” in 2012.

The last edition of the book was released by Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, the Hon’ble Minister of Corporate Affairs, Government of India in 2016 (in the august presence of Shri Amarjit Chopra, Past President, ICAI - The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

The fact that number of LLPs has crossed 118,000 mark till March 2018 is sufficient enough to indicate the growing popularity of the LLPs in India.
